米非司酮联合米索前列醇在绝经后妇女取环术中的评价

目的:了解米非司酮联合米索前列醇提高绝经后妇女取环术中成功率。方法:选取我院接受取环术的绝经妇女在术前采用米非司酮,每片25毫克,取环前1周口服,每日50mg,共服用3次,空腹或餐后2小时服用。术前2小时口服0.4mg米索前列醇片。结果:患者手术时,宫颈较术前明显软化,除2例因宫颈内闭锁取环失败外,其余患者均成功取出宫内节育环,其中200例顺利取出,48例节育环部分嵌顿,将节育环剪断后抽丝取出,术中患者疼痛感较轻、出血量平均约6毫升,术后常规抗炎止血,术后一个月随访无异常。结论:术前应用米非司酮联合米索前列醇可有效软化、扩张宫颈,对患者术中的痛苦进一步降低,取得了取环成功率并具有较高的应用价值。

Evaluation of Mifepristone Combined with Misoprostol in Postmenopausal Women

Objective:To investigate the effect of mifepristone combined with misoprostol on the success rate of ring extraction in postmenopausal women.Methods:Mifepristone was given to postmenopausal women in our hospital before the operation,25 mg per tablet,50 mg per day for one week before the operation,three times a day,on an empty stomach or two hours after the meal.0.4mg misoprostol tablets were taken 2 hours before operation.Results:During the operation,the cervix of the patients was softened obviously.Except for 2 cases of failure to remove the IUD due to cervical atresia,the rest of the patients successfully removed the IUD,of which 200 cases were successfully removed,48 cases were partially incarcerated,and the IUD was removed after cutting.The pain of the patients during the operation was lighter,and the average amount of bleeding was about 6mL.After the operation,the routine anti-inflammatory and hemostasis were performed.One month follow-up was the same Chang.Conclusion:Mifepristone Combined with misoprostol can effectively soften and dilate the cervix,further reduce the pain of the patients during the operation,and achieve the success rate of ring removal and has high application value.
