老年患者股骨粗隆间骨折PFNA治疗的疗效观察

目的:探讨老年患者股骨粗隆间骨折防旋型股骨近端髓内钉(PFNA)治疗的疗效。方法:选取老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者60例,采用随机数字表法分为两组,各30例。对照组行动力髋螺钉(DHS)内固定术式治疗,观察组行PFNA内固定术式治疗,比较两组髋关节功能及并发症发生情况。结果:术后,两组髋关节功能量表评分(Harris)均高于术前,且观察组Harris评分高于对照组,P<0.05;观察组术后并发症发生率低于对照组,P<0.05。结论:老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者采用PFNA内固定治疗的效果较好,可改善患者髋关节功能,降低并发症发生风险。

PFNA Treatment of Intertrochanteric Fracture in the Elderly

Objective:To investigate the efficacy of antirotation proximal femoral nail(PFNA)in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures in elderly patients.Methods:Sixty elderly patients with intertrochanteric fracture were randomly divided into two groups,30 in each group.The patients in the control group were treated with DHS and the patients in the observation group were treated with PFNA.Results:After operation,the Harris score of the two groups was higher than that before operation,and the Harris score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the incidence of postoperative complications in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of PFNA internal fixation in elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures is better,which can improve hip function and reduce the risk of complications.
