下肢骨折患者健侧肢体深静脉血栓形成的发生及影响因素探究

目的:分析下肢骨折患者健侧肢体发生深静脉血栓的形成因素.方法:选取2016年9月-2019年1月期间我科室收治的151例下肢骨折患者为研究对象,患者住院期间使用抗凝剂预防和治疗,并对双下肢行多普勒超声检查分析血栓发生情况.结果:71例发生患侧肢体深静脉血栓,25例发生健测肢体深静脉血栓;经多因素回顾分析,健侧发生深静脉血栓与年龄、术后1天血浆D-二聚体水平相关.结论:年龄较大以及术后1天血浆D-二聚体水平低下肢骨折患者术后容易发生健侧肢体深静脉血栓,需加大关注力度,加强预防.

Study on the Occurrence and Influencing Factors of Deep Venous Thrombosis on the Healthy Side of Patients with Lower Limb Fractures

Objective:To analyze the formation factors of deep venous thrombosis in the healthy limb of patients with lower limb frac-ture.Methods:151 patients with lower extremity fractures admitted to our department from September 2016 to January 2019 were selected as the research objects.During the hospitalization,anticoagulant was used to prevent and treat the patients,and doppler ultrasound was performed on both lower limbs to analyze the occurrence of thrombosis.Results:71 cases of limb deep vein thrombosis,25 cases of limb deep vein thrombosis;After multi-factor review,the incidence of deep venous thrombosis on the healthy side was correlated with age and plasma d-dimer level 1 day after surgery.Conclusion:patients with lower extremity fractures with older age and low plasma d-dimer level 1 day after surgery are prone to postoperative deep venous thrombosis of limbs on the healthy side,which requires more attention to strengthen prevention.
