摘    要:目的改善田七痛经胶囊的装量差异和崩解时限。方法以装量差异、崩解时限和水分为考察指标,对田七痛经胶囊的处方工艺进行优化。结果通过处方工艺优化,选用滑石粉(TP)和羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS—Na)为辅料,可改善田七痛经胶囊的装量差异和崩解时限。结论优选的处方工艺合理,方法简单,易于控制。

Abstract:Objective To improve the filled volume deviation and disintegration time of Tianqi Tongjing Capsules (Trc). Methods With the filled volume deviation, disintegration time and moisture percent as the indexes for investigation, the formulation technology of TTC was optimized. Results Through optimizing the formulation, to prepare TTC with tale powder (TP) and sodium earboxymethyl starch (CMS-Na) as auxiliary materials could improve the filled volume deviation and disintegration time of TTC. Conclusion The optimized condition for preparing TTC is reasonable, the preparation processes is simple and easy to be controlled.
