MUM1/IRF4在恶性淋巴瘤中的表达及其意义

目的通过检测恶性淋巴瘤组织中MUM1（multiple myeloma oneogene1）／IRF4（imerferon regulatory factor4）蛋白的表达，探讨MUM1／IRF4在恶性淋巴瘤的诊断及细胞起源中的意义。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法，检测84例恶性淋巴瘤标本中MUM1／IRF4蛋白的表达。结果恶性淋巴瘤MUM1蛋白总阳性表达率为66．7％（56／84），其中霍奇金淋巴瘤阳性表达率为100.0％（14／14），非霍奇金淋巴瘤阳性表达率为60．0％（42／70）。在70例非霍奇金淋巴瘤中，B细胞淋巴瘤阳性表达率为52．0％（26／50），T细胞淋巴瘤阳性表达率为80.0％（16／20）。结论霍奇金淋巴瘤H／RS细胞可能来源于B细胞，在目细胞淋巴瘤中MUM1的表达提示该细胞处于分化的终末阶段，在T细胞淋巴瘤中MUM1的表达可能与细胞的活化有关。

Expression of MUM1/IRF4 Protein and its Significance in Malignant Lymphoma

Objective To investigate the expression of MUM1/IRF4 protein in malignant lymphoma and it's significance.Methods The expression of MUM1/IRF4 protein was examined in 84 cases with malignant lymphoma by immunohistochemistry.Results Overall MUM1/IRF4 positivity in lymphoma was 66.7%(56/84),Hodgkin's lymphoma was completely positive(14/14),while only 60.0%(42/70)cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma possessed MUM1 tumor cells.In 70 cases of non-Hodgkin's lymphoma,MUM1/IRF4 expressions was observed in 52.0%(26/50)of B cell lymphoma,80.0%(16/20)of T cell lymphoma.Conclusion These findings suggest that MUM1 is generally expressed in tumor cells originating fron Germinal Centers or post-Germinal Centers B cells,T cell lymphoma,MUM1/IRF4 positivity may represents the activated state of the cells.
