| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨血清总唾液酸（ＴＳＡ）和脂结合唾液酸（ＬＳＡ）含量对口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤的诊断意义。方法 采用化学比色法同步检测了口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤患者ＴＳＡ和ＬＳＡ含量，并与健康对照组和口腔颌面部良性肿瘤组进行了对比分析。结果 口腔颌面部恶性肿瘤组血清ＴＳＡ和ＬＳＡ含量均明显高于健康对照组和良性肿瘤组（Ｐ〈０．０１），而健康对照组与良性肿瘤组之间血清ＴＳＡ和ＬＳＡ均无统计学意义（Ｐ〉０．０５）。结论 血
