奎硫平治疗精神分裂症诱发躁狂症状的临床观察及处理

目的对奎硫平治疗精神分裂症是否诱发患者躁狂进行系统的临床观察。方法对46例精神分裂症患者给予单一奎硫平350～700mg／d治疗，疗程8周，每日观察临床治疗反应，并以Bech rafaelsen躁狂量表评定被诱发的躁狂症状；躁狂症状者给予换药治疗或合并丙戊酸盐800～1000mg／d处理。结果共10例患者被诱发出躁狂症状，奎硫平剂量＞400mg／d较易发生，其中9例在治疗3～5周内出现；换药治疗或合并丙戊酸镁治疗对躁狂症状有效。结论 奎硫平可诱发躁狂症状，该类症状可经换药治疗或试用丙戊酸盐处理。

Manic symptoms associated with quetiapine and its treatment in patients with schizophrenia

Objective Author observed systematically whether manic symptoms are evoked by quetiapine treatment in patients with schizophrenia. Methods The sample included 46 patients with schizophrenia. The patients were given qutiapine 350 - 700 mg per day for treatment of 8 weeks. Manic symptoms associated with quetiapine are observed in every day and rated by Bech-Rafaelsen Mania Rating Scale. Manic symptoms were treated by Valproate 800 - 1000 mg per day. Results This study shows that manic symptoms of 10/46 patients were. evoked by qutiapine. It easily occurs in dosage of higher 400mg per day. 9 cases of them experienced manic symptoms during 3 - 5 weeks of treatment. Manic symptoms were alleviated by valproate. Conclusion Quetiapine can induced manic symptoms and valproate has some effect on manic symptoms evoked by qutiapine.
