夹脊穴深刺结合灸法治疗肾虚腰痛临床疗效观察

[目的]观察夹脊穴深刺结合灸法治疗肾虚腰痛的临床疗效。[方法]将72例肾虚腰痛患者随机分为治疗组36例和对照组36例,治疗组给予夹脊穴深刺结合灸法,对照组仅给予相同灸法,两组均每日治疗1次,10次为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程后观察疗效及VAS疼痛评分。[结果]两组治疗后疼痛积分均明显降低,夹脊穴深刺结合灸法治疗组积分下降更明显,且与灸法组治疗后积分比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。夹脊穴深刺结合灸法治疗组总有效率为94.4%,灸法组为63.9%,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。[结论]夹脊穴深刺结合灸法治疗肾虚腰痛疗效肯定,且优于单纯灸法,值得临床上推广。

Observe the clinical Effect on Deep Needling Jiaji A cupoints Combined witj Moxibustion Treating Lumbago due to Kidney Deficiency

[Objective] To observe the clinical effect of deep needling in Jiaji point combined with moxibustion in treating lumbago due to kidney deficiency.[Method]72 patients were randomized into treatment group and control group,36 in each.Treatment group were given deep needling in Jiaji point and moxibustion,control group received moxibustion.Each group were treated once a day and ten days made a course.After 2 courses,the two groups were observed in clinical effects and VAS pain score.[Result]Pain scores dropped significantly in both groups.In the treatment group,pain scores dropped more significantly（P〈0.01）.After treatment,pain score of the treatment group was markedly different from those in the control group（P〈0.01）.The total effective rate was 94.4% in the treatment group versus 63.9% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）.[Conclusion] Deep needling in Jiaji point combined with moxibustion achieves a content effect in treating lumbago due to kidney deficiency,which is better than moxibustion.
