| 摘 要： | 目的]观察针刺天枢穴配合背部走罐治疗功能性便秘的疗效。方法]取双侧天枢穴,予以针刺,深度30-45mm,并电针30min;针刺后配合背部走罐,走督脉、足太阳膀胱经,并在大肠俞上留罐15min。结果]经治疗,61例中7例痊愈,18例显效,30例有效,6例无效。结论]针刺天枢穴配合背部走罐治疗功能性便秘疗效值得肯定。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe the cure effect of acupuncture of Tianshu acupoint coordinated with back moving cupping on functional constipation.Method] Take double Tianshu acupoints for acupuncture,30-45mm deep,electro-acupuncture for 30min;then make back moving cupping,along Du Meridian and Zhutaiyang bladder channel,and stay in Dachang acupoint for 15min.Result] After treatment,in 61 cases,7 cases were cured,18 had marked effect,30 effective and 6 had no effect.Conclusion] Acupuncture of Tianshu acupoint coordinated with back moving cupping has definite cure effect on functional constipation. |
