中心静脉留置导管在治疗心包积液中的应用

目的　采用中心静脉留置导管治疗心包积液。方法　用改良的Seldinger法经皮穿刺将一次性单腔中心静脉留置导管置入心包腔内 ,并保留导管 ,进行抽液、引流、测压和注药治疗。结果　 2 4例次全部成功 ,抽液或引流心包液 50～ 4 0 0 0ml,留置导管时间 3～ 4 0天 ,无任何并发症。结论　该方法治疗心包积液的优点在于 :①创伤小 ;②用途多 ;③使用简便 ;④减少痛苦。值得临床上推广应用

Application of Central Venous Catheterization in the Treatment of Hydropericardium

Objective To explore the methods treating hydropericardium with central venous catheterization. Methods The percutaneous intrapericardial implantation of a single-lumen central venous catheter was taken with the improved Seldinger technique. Draining of the pericardial effusion, pressure-measuring, and medicine-giving were through the catheter detained in the pericardial cavity. Results All cases were successful. The catheter-detaining was kept for 3 to 40 days and the drainage of pericardial effusion was 50 to 4000ml. No complication was found.Conclusions The method of central venous catheterization in the treatment of hydropericardium is worth being advocated and applied due to its advantages of l) smaller trauma, 2) multi-uses, 3) convenience, and 4) less distress.
