| 摘 要： | microRNAs（miRNAs）是一类内源性的非编码单链小分子RNA,约22个核苷酸。miRNAs通过调控其靶基因的表达,参与细胞发育、增殖、分化、凋亡等一系列重要的生理学途径。近些年的研究发现,miRNAs在心肌梗死的发生、发展过程中起着关键的作用。现就miRNAs在心肌梗死发生、发展过程中的作用机制进行阐述。

| Abstract: | MicroRNAs（miRNAs） are～22 nt non-coding endogenous RNAs that play important gene-regulatory roles by targeting 3＇-UTR of mRNAs for cleavage or translational repression.Many studies have shown that aberrantly expressed miRNAs may be involved in diverse biological processes,including development,differentiation,proliferation,and apoptosis.Furthermore,accumulating studies have shown that human miRNAs exhibit aberrant expression in development and progression of myocardial infarction.In order to provide theoretical and experimental basis for miRNAs as a new diagnostic biomarker and therapeutic target,miRNAs＇ expression level and molecular machanism in myocardial infarction are well reviewed. |
