蜈蚣散联合针刺拔罐治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

目的 观察蜈蚣散联合针刺拔罐治疗带状疱疹的疗效.方法 将90例带状疱疹病例随机分为两组：对照组45例给予单磷酸阿糖腺苷300 mg静脉滴注,治疗组45例给予蜈蚣散联合针刺拔罐治疗.疗程均为7天.观察两组患者的疱疹停止生长、皮肤结痂及疼痛缓解时间,并对治疗结果进行比较分析.结果 治疗组在止疱、缩短皮疹及止痛时间等方面与对照组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.在临床疗效方面,治疗组痊愈32例,显效11例,有效率为95.56％;对照组痊愈26例,显效11例,有效率为82.22％.两组比较差异有统计学意义（Х^2=4.22,P＜0.05）.结论 蜈蚣散联合针刺拔罐治疗带状疱疹,在皮疹干燥结痂、缓解疼痛、缩短病程及总有效率与对照组比较有显著差异,并且经济实惠、取材容易、操作简单,适于推广应用.

Observation on curative effect of centipede powder combined with acupuncture cupping in the treatment of herpes zoster

Objective To observe the curative effect of centipede powder combined with acupuncture cupping in the treatment of herpes zoster.Methods 90 cases of herpes zoster patients were randomly divided into two groups：45 cases in the control group were given vidarabine monophosphate 300 mg intravenous drip,45cases in treatment group were treated with centipede powder combined with acupuncture and cupping therapy with treatment for 7 days.Two groups were observed in patients with herpes stop growing,the skin scar and pain relief time,and the treatment results were compared and analyzed.Results In the treatment group,we checked the blister,skin rash and pain of time,there was significant difference found compared with those of the control group （P ＜ 0.01）.The clinical efficacy showed：32 cases in the treatment group were cured,11 cases markedly effective,effective rate was 95.56％; 26 cases in the control group were cured,11 cases markedly effective,effective rate was 82.22％.There was significant difference between the two groups （x2=4.22,P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The centipede powder combined with acupuncture and cupping therapy on herpes zoster,in the aspects of rash dry scab,relieving pain,shortening the course of disease and the total effective rate,showed statistical significant difference compared with those of the control group,and it＇s affordable,easy,simple operation,which is suitable for application.
