知识分子健康体检人群幽门螺杆菌感染情况调查分析

目的 了解知识分子健康人群幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacter Pylori,Hp）感染特征.方法 选择2013年8月至2013年11月知识分子健康体检人员作为调查对象,使用血清IgG抗体免疫比浊法检测Hp.结果 2038名体检人员中,Hp感染694人,感染率34.05％,其中女性感染阳性率52.72％,男性感染阳性率23.12％;年龄分布以31～40岁组Hp感染率最高,达42.68％;吸烟及经常饮酒人群感染率分别为57.36％及50.81％.结论 Hp在广州地区知识分子健康人群中感染率低于全国平均水平,对该人群防治重点在31～50岁在职人员.

Helicobacter pylori infections in healthy intellectuals receiving physical examination

Objective To analyze the status of Helicobacter pylori （Hp） infections in healthy intellectuals.Methods The serum IgG antibody in total of 2038 intellectuals receiving physical examination from Aug 2013 to Nov 2013 were examined with immune turbidimetry test.Results 694 of 2038 individuals were infected by Hp.The infection rate was 34.05%.The infection rates of the females and males were 52.72% and 23.12%,respectively.In respect of age distribution,the peak was observed in age ranging from 31 to 40 （42.68%）.The infection rates in smokers and frequent drinkers were 57.63% and 50.81%,respectively.Conclusions The intellectuals＇ Hp infection rate in Guangzhou was lower than the national average.The prevention should be focused on the 31-50 years old working people.
