农村妇女宫颈癌检查依从性调查及障碍因素分析

目的 了解农村妇女对宫颈癌检查的依从性现状,分析障碍因素,为制定策略提高农村妇女宫颈癌检查率提供依据.方法 随机抽取辖区内“两癌”筛查适龄妇女,在检查前由调查研究人员使用自行设计的“宫颈癌检查依从性调查问卷”,对调查对象进行问卷调查并分析.结果 调查对象对宫颈癌检查依从性平均得分（6.41 ±2.11）分.从不同年龄组和文化程度比较来看,随年龄增长而得分呈下降趋势,三组差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;而得分随着文化程度的升高呈上升趋势,三组在文化程度间的差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 农村妇女对宫颈癌检查普遍依从性低,年长及文化程度低者尤甚.因此,应通过加强健康教育干预、宣传“两癌”普惠政策、访谈答疑、个案现身说法等方法,旨在让大部分农村妇女都能主动参与普查普治,进而降低农村妇女宫颈癌发生率.

Rural women cervical cancer check compliance investigation and obstacle factors analysis

Objective To investigate the status quo of rural women cervical cancer check compliance and its obstacle factors, to provide a basis for making strategies to improve rural women cervical cancer inspection rate. Methods Randomly extracted two cancers screening age-appropriate women in our jurisdiction, made an questionnaire survey with Cervical Cancer Check Compliance Questionnaire designed by researchers before inspection. Results The average cervical cancer check compliance score of respondents was （6.41 ＋ 2.11）. Score showed a downward trend along with the growth of age, with statistically significant differences between three groups （P 〈 0.05）; score showed a upward trend along with the increase of cultural level, with statistically significant differences between three groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Rural women cervical cancer check compliance is commonly low, which is worse in aged or low cultural level women. Accordingly, we should strengthen health education intervention, propagandize ＂two cancer＂ Pratt ＆ Whitney policy, make interviews to answer questions and introduce cases, to make most rural women actively participate in census addition, thereby lowering rural women cervical cancer incidence.
