社区育龄产妇流程管理模式的建立及应用效果研究

目的 探讨社区育龄产妇流程管理模式的建立及其应用效果.方法 调查实施社区育龄产妇流程管理模式后出院居家产妇480例,并与实施社区育龄产妇流程管理模式前产妇480例进行回顾性的对比分析.从社区护士服务的态度、责任感、及时性、安全性、技术能力、人文关怀、社区开展科学育儿、产妇健康教育8个方面进行总体评价,问卷共28个条目,每个条目评分1 ～ 10分,1分代表极差或极度不满,10分代表非常好或非常满意.由产妇对护理工作进行评价.结果 实施社区育龄产妇流程管理模式前,产妇家访平均耗时（14.95±3.29） min,新生儿访视平均耗时（14.95±3.23）min,日均护理量（16.25±4.56）人.实施社区育龄产妇流程管理模式后,产妇家访平均耗时（7.98±2.25）min,新生儿访视平均耗时（7.84±2.15） min,日均护理量（21.61±4.29）人,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.01）.实施社区育龄产妇流程管理后,产妇满意度评分较实施前差异有统计学意义（P＜ 0.05）.结论 社区育龄产妇流程管理模式建立,使社区护理工作流程更加合理.科学提高了社区育龄产妇的满意度和社区护理工作效率,改进社区护理质量,具有临床推广应用价值.

Study on the establishment and application effect of process management model in childbearing age maternal

Objective To discuss the establishment and application effects of community process management model in the community childbearing women.Methods We investigated the 480 cases of childbearing women who discharged from hospital after implementing this community model,and carried on the retrospective comparative analysis before and after it.Comprehensive evaluation was conducted at 8 aspects：attitude,responsibility,promptness,safety,technique skill,humanistic care of community nurses＇ service,scientific parenting and health education for the matemal.The questionnaire included 28 items,with 1-10 scores for each item,1 score meant extremely poor or dissatisfied,10 scores meant very good or satisfied.The nursing work was evaluated by the maternal.Results Before complementing the model,the average time assuming of maternal family visiting and newborn visiting,average daily nursing amount were （14.95 ± 3.29） mins,（14.95 ± 3.23） mins and （16.25 ± 4.56）persons respectively.While after complementing the process management model,they were （7.98 ± 2.25） mins,（7.84 ± 2.15） mins,and （21.61 ± 4.29） persons,showing statistical significant difference （P ＜ 0.01）.And the satisfaction scores after having process management model were higher than those before complementing the model （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion The built of community childbearing women process management model make community nursing workflow more reasonable.The scientific model improves the childbearing women＇s satisfaction and nursing workflow efficiency,improving the quality of community care,which has clinical application value.
