护理干预减轻化疗患者胃肠道反应效果观察

目的 探讨护理干预对预防和减轻肿瘤患者化疗引起的胃肠道不良反应的效果.方法 80例接受静脉化疗的肿瘤患者随机分为对照组和实验组,各40例,对照组采用常规化疗护理及随机应用止吐药,实验组在常规护理的基础上实行系统性化疗前宣教、化疗期进行饮食护理干预、提供舒适护理、正确掌握止吐药物的用药时机和加强化疗后宣教指导.结果 实验组患者化疗期间恶心、呕吐发生率显著低于对照组,P＜ 0.01,差异有统计学意义.结论 加强患者的健康宣教、化疗期间提供舒适护理,正确掌握止吐药物的用药时机,可有效预防及控制化疗性胃肠道反应的发生,减轻患者痛苦.

Clinical obeservation of nursing interventions to reduce gastrointestinal reactions in patients undergoing chemotherapy

Objective To explore the effect of nursing interventions on prevention and mitigation of gastrointestinal reactions induced by chemotherapy in patients with cancer.Methods 80 cases of cancer receiving intravenous chemotherapy were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.Control group was treated with conventional chemotherapy care and randomized antiemetic medication application,on the basis of routine nursing experimental group received systematic health education before chemotherapy,dietary intervention during chemotherapy,comfort care,timely antiemetic medication application and health education after chemotherapy.Result The rate of nausea and vomiting in experimental group during chemotherapy was significantly lower than that in control group,with statistically significant difference （P 〈 0.01）.Conclusions It can effectively prevent and control gastrointestinal reactions induced by chemotherapy and reduce patients＇ suffering to strengthen health education,provide comfort care during chemotherapy and correctly grasp the timing of antiemetic medication.
