支气管哮喘患者自我管理行为的影响效果观察

目的 观察支气管哮喘患者自我管理行为的影响效果,为患者教育和健康传播提供依据.方法 将在我院收治的支气管哮喘患者117例,让患者填写自行设计的“哮喘患者自我管理调查表”以及有效自我管理工具有哮喘控制测试（asthmacontrol test,ACT）进行评分.结果 患者不知道使用ACT监测的目的及方法具有89.74％,患者知道相关方法而却没有坚持实施有10.26％,患者没有采取相关监测方法及记录的有98.29％,患者采取具有一些相关监测方法及记录占1.71％,患者完全控制1.71％,良好控制40.17％,未控制58.12％.结论 支气管哮喘患者对疾病的正确认识与合理管理认知程度少,加强对医护人员和哮喘患者的知识教育和培训,普及支气管哮喘病的治疗熟知度,有利于改善哮喘患者的自我管理能力,提高息者的生活水平质量.

Effect of self-management behavior in patients with bronchial asthma

Objective To observe the effect of self-management behavior in patients with bronchial asthma,and to provide the basis for education and health communication to patients.Methods In our hospital 117cases of patients with bronchial asthma were told to fill out self-designed Asthma Self-management Questionnaire and effective self management tool of asthma control test （ACT） to evaluate the scores.Results Patients who didn＇t know the purpose of the ACT to monitor and method accounted for 89.74％,the patients who knew the related methods and did not adhere to the implementation accounted for 10.26％,the patients who didn＇t take the related methods and record accounted for 98.29％,patients with some relative monitoring methods and records （1.71％）,patients with complete control （1.71％）,good control （40.17％）,patients without control （58.12％）.Conclusion Patients with bronchial asthma disease have less understanding of cognition and reasonable management,to strengthen the knowledge of medical staff and asthma education and training,popularization of bronchial asthma treatment of familiarity,can effectively improve asthma self-management ability,and improve the quality of life of patients.
