系统化护理干预对改善老年髋关节置换术后患者便秘的效果观察

目的 探讨老年髋关节置换术后患者便秘的护理干预措施及效果观察.方法 选择实施髋关节置换术后卧床的超过65岁的老年患者80例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例.对照组术后实施骨科常规护理,观察组在此基础上给予包括心理干预、饮食干预、腹部按摩、规律排便训练等系统化护理干预措施.比较两组患者术后首次排便时间及出现排便困难、排便不尽感、腹胀、便秘情况.结果 观察组术后首次排便时间早于对照组,观察组出现排便困难、排便不尽感、腹胀、便秘情况少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论 采用系统化护理干预措施能有效降低老年髋关节置换术后患者便秘的发生,减少老年患者术后由于制动引起的腹部相关并发症,促进患者早日康复.

Nursing intervention for constipation of elderly patients after hip arthroplasty

Objective To explore the effect of nursing intervention for constipation of elderly patients after hip arthroplasty.Methods 80 elderly patients undergoing artificial hip replacement and staying in bed were randomized into a control group and an observation group,40 cases for each group.Both groups received routine nursing.The patients in the observation group were also given systematic nursing intervention measures including psychological counseling intervention,diet intervention,abdomen massage,defecation training,etc..The first defecation time,defecation difficulty,endless defecation,abdominal distension,and constipation were compared between the 2 groups after the operation.Results After the operttion,the observaton group＇s patients defecated earlier in the first time than the control group＇ s; fewer patients occurred defecation difficulty,endless defecation,abdominal distension,and constipation in the observation group than in the control group; with statistical differences （P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Systematic nursing intervention can reduce constipation after hip arthroplasty,alleviate the gastrointestinal symptoms,and help the patients recover soon.
