摘    要:目的 探讨骨转换标志物在红斑狼疮患者骨质疏松监测中的应用.方法 将确诊为骨质疏松的红斑狼疮病人分为高转换型组及低转化型组,组内再分为治疗组与对照组.监测其治疗前、治疗3、6、12个月后复查骨转换标志物变化.结果 骨质疏松的狼疮患者,β-CTx治疗前、后分别为(0.784 ±0.168) ng/ml和(0.454±0.136) ng/ml,P1NP治疗前、后分别为(85.5±15.1) ng/ml和(45.3±12.9)ng/ml,抗骨质疏松治疗后骨转换标志物明显下降(P<0.05).结论 骨转换标志物在抗骨质疏松治疗后均有下降,其变化趋势与患者骨骼疼痛缓解趋势一致,其可作为监测骨质疏松疗效的有效指标.

Abstract:Objective To study bone turnover markers in monitoring the osteoporosis of patients with systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE).Methods SLE patients with osteoporosis were divided into a high conversion type group and a low conversion type group which were further divided into a treatment group and a control group.The changes of bone turnover markers were monitored before and 3,6,and 12 months after the treatment.Results β-CTx and P1NP were (0.784 ± 0.168) ng/ml and (85.5 ± 15.1) ng/ml before the treatment and were (0.454 ± 0.136) ng/ml and (45.3 ± 12.9) ng/ml after the treatment in SLE patients with osteoporosis;the bone turnover markers significantly decreased after the treatment of osteoporosis (P 〈 0.05).Conclusions Bone turnover markers decrease with the changes of the patients' bone pain remission after the treatment of osteoporosis.They can be used as an effective indicator for monitoring the curative effect of osteoporosis.
