健康教育在单鼻腔蝶窦入路切除垂体腺瘤术患者中的应用体会

目的 探讨对经蝶入路显微手术治疗垂体腺瘤患者的健康教育效果.方法 将100例经鼻蝶显微手术切除垂体瘤患者随机分为实验组和对照组,每组50例.实验组采用健康教育路径进行健康教育,对照组采用传统方法进行健康教育.结果 实验组在掌握疾病知识人数、遵医人数、平均住院时间及对护理满意人数分别为49例、50例、10.5天、48例,对照组分别为32例、40例、13.0天、43例,通过统计学对比分析,P＜ 0.05,两组比较差异有统计学意义.结论 通过健康教育路径,提高了经蝶窦入路切除垂体腺瘤患者及家属对疾病知识的认知度和护理满意度,是比较理想的一种健康教育方式,值得推广.

Health education in endonasal transsphenoidal resection in patients with pituitary adenoma

Objective To investigate the effect of health education to pituitary adenoma patients by endonasal transsphenoidal approach. Methods 100 pituitary adenoma patients by endonasal transsphenoidal approach were randomly divided into experimental group （health education path） and control group （traditional method）, 50 cases in each group. Results In experimental group, the rate of understanding disease knowledge was 49/50, the rate of following the doctor＇s advice was 50/50, the average hospital stay was 10.5 d, the satisfaction degree on nursing was 48/50; and those in control group were 32/50, 40/50, 13.0 d, 43/50 respectively; with statistically significant differences between two groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The health education path is an ideal approach to improve the level of recognition and satisfaction degree of patients and their families, worthy of being generalized.
