窄谱中波紫外线照射联合更昔洛韦注射液治疗老年带状疱疹的疗效观察

目的 观察窄谱中波紫外线（Narrow band ultraviolet B,NB-UVB）联合更昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹的临床疗效.方法 将老年带状疱疹患者100随机分为两组.观察组50例采用窄谱中波紫外线联合更昔洛韦治疗,对照组50例采用更昔洛韦治疗,观察两组水疱吸收、止痛时间、结痂时间和疼痛消失时间,并比较两组患者的治疗效果.结果 观察组总有效率为98.00％明显高于对照组的72.00％,两组比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,观察组在水疱的吸收、止痛时间、结痂时间及疼痛消失时间均短于对照组（均P＜ 0.05）.结论 窄谱中波紫外线联合更昔洛韦治疗老年带状疱疹不良反应少,疗效显著,对组织损伤小,操作简便,经济实惠,安全、可靠,值得临床大力推广应用.

Narrow spectrum ultraviolet rays combined with ganciclovir for herpes zoster in elderly patients

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of narrow spectrum ultraviolet rays combined with ganciclovir for herpes zoster in elderly patients. Methods 100 elderly patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into an observaiton group and a control group, 50 cases for each group. The observation group were treated with narrow spectrum ultraviolet rays and ganciclovir, and the control group with ganciclovir only. The blister absorption time, pain-killed time, scabbing time, and pain-disappearing time were observed and the efficacies were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate was 95.00% in the observation group and was 72.00% in the control group, with a statistical difference （P 〈 0.05）. The blister absorption time, pain-killed time, scabbing time, and pain-disappearing time were shorter in the observation group than in the the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusions Narrow spectrum ultraviolet rays combined with ganciclovir for herpes zoster in elderly patients has fewer adverse reaction, is effective, hardly damage the tissue, and is easy to operate, economical, practical, safe, reliable, and is worth being clinically generalized.
