胰岛素泵治疗老年2型糖尿病疗效及安全性分析

目的 评价胰岛素泵治疗老年2型糖尿病疗效及安全性.方法 选取2009至2013年我院收治的82名老年2型糖尿病患者,随机分为两组,其中观察组41例,采用胰岛素泵治疗,对照组41例,采用多次皮下注射胰岛素治疗,观察并比较两组患者治疗期间的空腹血糖正常比例、餐后2h血糖、平均每日胰岛素用量、低血糖发生率以及12周后的糖化血红蛋白.结果 观察组治疗后各项指标优于对照组,两组空腹血糖疗效比较差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）;观察组每日胰岛素用量为（34.4±5.2）U,低于对照组（38.8±3.8）U,治疗期间观察组低血糖发生率（9.8％）也低于对照组（14.6％）,两组治疗期间胰岛素用量、低血糖发生率比较,差异有统计学意义（P＜ 0.05）.结论 胰岛素泵治疗老年2型糖尿病疗效好,使用胰岛素剂量小,低血糖发生率低,值得推广.

Insulin pump for elderly patients with type 2 diabetic

Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of insulin pump for elderly patients with type 2 diabetic.Methods 82 elderly patients with type 2 diabetes hospitalized into our hospital from 2009 to 2013 were selected and were randomly divided into an observation group,treated with insulin pump,and a control group,taking insulin treatment subcutaneously for times,41 cases for each group.The normal fasting plasma glucose ratio,2-hour postprandial blood glucose,average daily insulin dosage,the incidence of hypoglycemia,and the glycated hemoglobin 12 weeks after the treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After the treatment,the indicators were better in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences（P 〈 0.05）; the average daily insulin dosage was （34.4 ± 5.2）U and the incidence of hypoglycemia was 9.8% in the observation group,and （34.4 ± 5.2）U and 14.6% in the control group,with statistical differences（P 〈 0.05）.Conclusions Insulin pump for elderly patients with type 2 diabetic is effective,uses small dose of insulin,has low incidence of hypoglycemia,and is worth being generalized.
