脑胶质瘤中G6PD蛋白的表达及与肿瘤分级的相关性

目的观察胶质瘤中G6PD蛋白的表达情况，探讨G6PD在胶质瘤中的表达特点与胶质瘤分级的关系及意义。方法用免疫组化方法检测41例胶质瘤和8例正常脑组织标本中G6PD蛋白的表达并将胶质瘤分级，比较各级之间阳性表达率的差异。结果41例胶质瘤标本中，G6PD蛋白阳性表达率为56．1％（23／41），而8例正常脑组织中，G6PD蛋白阳性表达率为0％，两者相比有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。G6PD蛋白在胶质瘤各病理分级中，阳性表达率分别为Ⅰ＋Ⅱ级42．3％（11／26），Ⅲ＋Ⅳ级80．0％（12／15），两者之间有显著性差异（P〈0．05）。结论G6PD蛋白在胶质瘤中的表达上调，且与胶质瘤病理分级相关。

Expression of G6PD Protein in Gliomas and its Correlation with Glioma Grades

Objective To investigate the expression of G6PD protein in human gliomas and find out the correlation with glioma grades and significance.Methods The expression of G6PD protein in 41 human gliomas and 8 normal brain tissues were detected by means of immunohistochemistry,and the positive expression rates in different glioma grade were compared.Results G6PD protein positive expression rate was 56.1%(23/41) in gliomas and 0 in normal brain tissues.The positive rate was significantly higher in gliomas than in normal brain tissues(P<0.05).G6PD protein positive expression rate was 42.3%(11/26) in pathological GradeⅠ+Ⅱ and 80.0%(12/15)in Ⅲ+Ⅳ.G6PD protein was more highly expressed in high glioma grades than in low grades(P<0.05).Conclusion G6PD protein is over expressed in gliomas,and there is a significant correlation with glioma grades.
