眼爆炸伤机制与治疗的研究

本文通过对３２例５６眼各种原因引起的爆炸伤，就其伤情、致伤机制及部分治疗进行分析研究。眼爆炸伤为复合性眼伤，多与全身的伤情有重要关联，其致盲致残率在眼伤中占突出位置。重点讨论早期眼部因血管痉挛性改变所产生的后果，强调在常规治疗的同时应加强扩血管、脱水剂及皮质类固醇药物的应用；对顽固性角膜创面采用自家血混合液滴眼收到明显效果。

The research in mechanism and treatment of ocular trauma due to explosion.

A prbing study was made into the conditions, mechanism and partial tretment of ocular traumas to 56 eyes of 36 patients due to explosion on various occasions. Ocular trauma due to explosion is a complex one, which has an important connection with the whole body and poses a prominent factor in the cause of blindness and disability among the trauma to the eye. Here serious consequences resulting fromangiospam in the early stage has been emphatically dealt with. Routine treatment together with the use of medicines for dehydration and blood vessel dilatation as well as the use of cortical steroids has also been stressed. Tangibel results have been acquired from patients suffering from persistent corneal lesions by applying eyedrops made from mixture of their own blood.
