| 摘 要： | 眼球挫伤或爆炸伤所致的广泛性虹膜根部离断易致单眼复视或视力障碍。虹膜根部离断的部位和范围取决于外力的强度和作用的部位。本文报告２３例，虹膜根部离断１个象限８例，＞１￣２个象限１２例、≥３个象限３例。均采用显微联合手术缝合离米的虹膜根部及并发症，收到良好疗效。文中对虹膜根部离断的原因和影响，手术时机和手术方式的选择，手术方法要点和术后处理进行了讨论。

| Abstract: | Extensive iridodialysis caused by either ocular contusion or explosive injury, usually leads to monocular diplopia or decreased vision. The location and range of iridodialysis depends on the intensity and direction of the for-eign force. Twenty three patients with iridodialysis, 8 patients with one quadrant, 12 patients with 2 quadrants, 3 patients with three or morequadrants, were treated by microsurgery both for replacement of the iris and for treatment of the complications. Satisfied results were obtained with the procedures. Factors related to iridodialysis, the time and model of surgery and postoperative menagement were discussed. |
