| 摘 要： | 本文报告１０６例１１７眼眼球内铜异物伤的临床资料，其中包括性别、年龄分布、职别、致致伤物与致伤原因、受伤眼别与穿孔部位、异物存留时间与异物停留部位、异物取出方法与取出率异物大小、手术前后视力、并发症与后遗症等。此外，对上的争议、临床诊断、病理特点及手术方法作了初步讨论。

| Abstract: | 117 eyes of 106 cases of copper intraocular foreign body injuries werereported. The general data include sex, age, dis-tribution, occupation of the patients; causes and materials of the injury; positions of eyeball penetration, positions and sizes of the foreign body ; remaining time of the foreign body; and surgical methods, percentage of success, comparation of visual acuity before and after surgery, complications, and sequelae. Besides, the controversy for the treatment, clinical diagnosis, pathological characteristics and surgical methods were also discussed. |
