吡啶致眼损伤16例报告

作者报道了吡啶所致眼部损伤１６例。对其临床表现及治疗作了分析及介绍。绝大部分受伤眼表现为眼前部的损伤。如：眼睑痉挛，结膜充血、水肿，角膜上皮剥脱、浑浊。２只眼同时表现为眼后部的损害。如：晶体和玻璃体浑浊、视网膜水肿。经过积极治疗，大部分患眼在１￣８周内痊愈，无并发症。仅１眼治疗后３个月复查发现角膜上皮层下有树枝样浑浊。本文最后对吡啶的理化性质及可能的致伤机制作了探讨。

16 cases of eye injuries by pyridine.

Sixteen cases of eye injuries by pyridine were reported. The clinical manifestations and treatment have been analysed. Most of the involved eyes manifested the injuries in the front of the eye. Such as, blepharospasm, conjunctival congestion and edema, corneal epithelial exfoliation and opacification. The injuries of the posterior part of eyes were found in 2 eyes, including opacification of lens and vitreous, retinal edema. All eyes were cured in 1-8 weeks after treatment and no complications except 1 eye with corneal subepithelial dendritic markings 3 months follow up. The physical and chemical features of pyridine and possible mechanism of damage to the eyes by . pyridine were discussed.
