加味桃核承气汤及其提取物对糖尿病大鼠主动脉弓超微结构的影响

摘    要:【目的】观察加味桃核承气汤及不同提取物对糖尿病大鼠主动脉弓超微结构的影响。【方法】SD大鼠140只,除正常组20只外,其他大鼠均采用链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射复制糖尿病大鼠模型,观察加味桃核承气汤全方水煎剂及水提醇沉、正丁醇、乙酸乙酯不同提取物对糖尿病大鼠主动脉弓病变的影响,并与达关康对照,共治疗8周。采用透射电子显微镜观察主动脉弓病变区细胞超微结构的变化。【结果】主动脉弓电镜结果显示达关康组最接近正常,其次是正丁醇组;治疗效果由优至劣依次为达关康组、正丁醇组、全方水煎剂组、水提醇沉组、乙酸乙酯组。【结论】加味桃核承气汤的正丁醇提取成分对糖尿病大鼠主动脉弓病变具有一定的治疗作用。

Abstract: Objective ] To observe the effect of modified Taohe Chenggi Decoction (TCD) and its extracts on the ultrastructure of aortic arch in rats with diabetes. Methods] One hundred and forty SD rats were enrolled into the study. Except 20 rats in normal group, the others were modeled by intraperitoneal injection with streptozotocin. Effects of modified TCD, as well as its extracts extracted by water-alcohol, n-butyl and ethyl-acetate, on the ultrastructure of aortic arch in rats were evaluated and compared with diamicron. The treatment lasted 8 weeks. The ultrastructure of aortic arch in rats was observed under transmission electron microscope. Results ] The ultrastructure of aortic arch in diamicron group was improved and similar to that in normal group. The therapeutic effects of diamicron, n-butyl extract, modified TCD, water-alcohol extract and ethyl-acetate extract were in a decreasing sequence. Conclusion ] n-butyl extract of modified TCD has certain effect on the pathological changes of aortic arch in rats with diabetes.
