天津市部分女劳模妇科疾病情况调查

目的 探讨天津市女劳模妇科病患病率及主要病种。方法 通过女劳模健康体检，常规进行妇科检查，阴道脱落细胞学，盆腔B超，乳腺透照检查。结果 对2004年度女劳模普查的资料进行统计分析，资料完整者2951例，患病921例，总患病率31．21％。宫颈糜烂居首位，其次是子宫肌瘤。结论 女劳模妇科病患病率最高的是宫颈糜烂，所以应引起重视。注意性卫生，减少长期慢性刺激，改善工作条件，是减少妇科疾病的重要措施。

Investigation and analysis of gynecological diseases situation of exemplar workwomen in Tianjin city

Objective To explore the occurring rate of gynecological diseases in exemplar work women in Tianjin city and the main gynecology diseases. Methods The exemplar workwomen received physical examination such as routine examination of gynecology, examination of exfoliative vaginal cytol ogy, pelvic B ultrasonography, galactophore diaphany. Results The data of physical examination of the exemplar workwomen in 2004 were analyzed statistically. The number of full data was 2951 cases and the number of sick workwomen was 921 cases, and the total occurring rate was 31.21%. The primacy disease was cervical erosion. The next was myoma of uterus. Conclusions In exemplar workwoman, cervical erosion has highest occurring rate, so it should be paid more attention to. Sex hygiene, to reduce long -team chronic stimulation, and to improve working condition are the importance measurements of re ducing gynecologic diseases.
