| 摘 要： | 目的：旨在探讨采用张力带钢丝治疗髌骨骨折的手术及术后疗效。方法：对1988年10月至2002年9月收治的26例髌骨骨折的患，采用克氏针张力带钢丝治疗。结果：半年后恢复基本正常的15例，15个月关节恢复正常的11例，无骨折愈合延迟或骨折不愈合、关节僵硬及创伤性关节炎的发生。结论：认为张力带钢丝治疗髌骨骨折确为一种有效的治疗方法，对于粉碎性的髌骨骨折也适用，值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective:To investigate the therapeutic effect of internal fixation with tension plus steel wire in the treatment of patellar fracture.Methods:From Oct.1998 to Sept.2002,26 patients with patellar fracture were admitted into our hospital and treated by Kirschner pins tension plus steel wire.Results:The joint became normal in 15 cases after half a year and in 11 cases after one year and 3 months.No union delay or healing or articular rigidity or traumatic arthritis was obseved.Conclusion: The therapy is effective,and it can also be used in comminuted fracture. |
