孔源性视网膜脱离再次手术原因探讨

目的探讨有关孔源性视网膜脱离再次手术的原因。方法收集我院1997年1月—2006年12月间18例再次手术的孔源性视网膜脱离病例进行临床分析。结果再次手术后,15例(83.33%)成功,即裂孔封闭,视网膜完全复位,视力较术前增进;2例(11.11%)好转,即裂孔封闭,视网膜基本复位,视力同术前,1例(5.55%)失败,即裂孔未封闭,视网膜未复位,视力下降。结论在对孔源性视网膜脱离进行视网膜复位术中,未使裂孔位于巩膜垫压嵴上,冷凝过度或不足;术后出现新的视网膜裂孔是导致手术失败而需再次手术的常见原因。

Research on reasons of reoperation of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment

Objective To discuss the reasons of reoperation of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.Methods 18 cases of reoperation of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment from Jan.1997 to Dec.2006 were collected and analyzed clinically.Results After reoperation,15 cases(83.33%) succeeded,that is,holes closed with complete retinal reattachment and the sights were better than before operation;2 cases(11.11%) improved,that is,holes closed with almost retinal reattachment and the sights were the same as before;1 case(5.55%) failed,that is,holes did not close without retinal reattachment and the sight got worse.Conclusion During reoperations of rhegmatogenous retinal detachment,holes were not located on the iris buckling with over-cryopexy or under-cryopexy,the appearing of new holes on retinal after operation is the common reason for failure of operation and the need of reoperation.
