| 摘 要： | 目的:分析颌骨恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的临床特点和治疗结果。方法:总结21例原发于颌骨的恶性纤维组织细胞瘤的临床资料并复习相关文献。结果:主要表现为局部肿块和/或肿块引起的功能障碍。20例患者接受手术治疗,6例术后补充放疗。获得随访的15例患者14例于5年内死亡,仅1例随访16年后失访。结论:颌骨恶性纤维组织细胞瘤临床少见,易误诊,预后差,应强调早期诊断和治疗,扩大根治术后辅以放、化疗。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical characteristic,diagnosis and treatment of malignant fibrous histocytoma in the jaw.Methods: From 1984~2005,21 cases with malignant fibrous histocytoma in the jaw were analysed,and related literatures were reviewed.Results: The most common signs of patients was swealling of the jaw with dysfunction.20 patients received radical resection,followed by radiotherapy in 6 cases.In 15 patients followed up,14 died in postoperative 5 years.The misdiagnostic rate was high,the five-year survival rate was 5%.Conclusion: Malignant fibrous histocytoma in the jaw was rare,the prognosis was poor,the best treatment of malignant fibrous histocytoma in the jaw was radical resection,combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. |
