超声造影技术诊断肝血管瘤的应用价值

目的：探讨Sono Vue造影剂结合CPS（contrast pulse sequencing，简称CPS）技术在肝血管瘤造影的显像变化规律及应用价值。方法：24例31个肝血管瘤患者，用Sono Vue造影剂经肘静脉快速团注法注入体内，应用CPS技术，观察病灶回声的增强效应及时间变化。结果：造影后的肝血管瘤增强效应呈现病灶周边区先显影，逐渐向中央仲延的征象，造影增强长时间持续存在。结论：超声造影为肝血管瘤提供更加准确的定性诊断技术和鉴别诊断方法，为治疗肝血管瘤提供可靠依据。

Applicative Value of Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasonography in Diagnosis of Hepatic Hemangioma

Objective:To explore the radiography pharmaceutical of SonoVue and CPS(contrast pulse sequencing,abbreviate CPS) as radiography apparent to look like and change the law and using value in liver hemangioma.Methods:After SonoVue was injected right off into elbow vein, the increase of intensity and time were observed in 31 hemangioma lesions of 24 cases by CPS technique.Results:An obvious increase of intensity was observed firstly in the surrounding of the lesion,then gradually observed in the center,and the enhancement time was long.Conclusions:Contrast-enhanced ultrasonography can provide more accurate methods for determining and distinguishing hepatic hemangioma,therefore provide reliable proof for treating hepatic hemangioma.
