摘    要:目的优选并确立山药多糖的最佳提取工艺。方法以山药多糖得率为指标,采用正交实验法对提取过程中水用量、提取时间、提取次数及醇沉浓度4个因素进行优选研究。结果对多糖得率有影响的因素是提取时间与提取次数。结论以多糖得率为考察指标的最优提取工艺为8倍量水提2次,每次3 h,加无水乙醇至醇浓度为60%。

Abstract:Objective To optimize and establish the extraction technology of polysaccharides from Dioscorea opposita rhizome. Methods Taking the yield of dioscorea polysaccharide as an index,the author adopted orthogonal test to optimize the four technological factors,ie,water volume used,extraction time,extraction frequency,and alcohol strength.Results The factors influencing the polysaccharide yield were extraction time and the number of extraction times.Conclusion The optimum extraction technology,taking the polysaccharide yield as index,is as follows:twice extractions with eight-fold water to one volume of the extracted material,each extraction running 3 h;dehydrated alcohol is added to the fluid until the alcohol content up to 60%.
