摘    要:目的:观察高原民居和移居青年血管内皮细胞间粘附分子-1(ICAM-1)的表达;方法:在海拔4300m对20名藏族青年和20名汉族青年运用酶联免疫分析法(ELISA)进行血清ICAM-1含量检测;结果:高原移居汉族青年较世居藏族青年血清ICAM的表达增强(P〈0.05);结论:低氧引志内皮细胞粘附分子的表达增强,促进循环白细胞与内皮细胞粘附。高原世居藏族对氧的利用更经济有效,具有最佳的生理适应模式,

Abstract:Objective:To observe intercellular aschesion molecule (ICAM-1)expression of the native and migrated youths at high altitude.Methods:Serum level of ICAM-1 in 40 youths (20 native tibetan,20 migrated Han nationality)were measured by ELISA at 4 300m altitude. Results:Expression of ICAM-1 in native group was obviously enhanced (P<0.05) than that of migrated group.Conclusion:There is a strengthening effect of high altitude hypoxia on ICAM-1 expression so that intercellula molecule adchesion is promoted with increasing WBC.This result shows that the hypoxic adaptation of native tibetan is better on use of most oxygen.
