不同海拔高度不同进驻高原时间战士尿生化指标动态变化的研究

目的：对不同海拔高度不同进驻高原时间战士尿１０项进行检测，探讨高原低氧居住时间对肾功能的损害关系及适应性；方法：采用尿液分析仪对１０３８名不同入伍年限健康男性开警战士进行尿液检测，以平原地区健康战士为对照组；结果：不同高海拔区同年限阳性率均较对照组高，差异均有显著意义（Ｐ〈０．０５），初入高海拔区阳性率 显著高于对照组各年度兵（Ｐ〈０．０１）；结论：高原低氧等环境因素对肾脏有较轻微的损害，随着居住

DYNEMIC STUDY OF BIOCHEMICAL INDEX OF URINE IN HEALTHY MALE SOLDIERS AT VARIOUS ALTITUDE AND EXPOSED TIMES

To study the changes on biochemical index of urine in healthy men at different altitude and exposed times to understand the effects of hypoxia on kidney.Methods:1 038 subjects were included this study.The 10 aspect of urine were examined in both high altitude group and sea level control group.Results:Abnormal biochemical values of urine were found in high altitude group and there was a largger positive reaction with higher altitude in same altitude exposed times (P<0.05) compared these with control. Conclusions:There is a moderate effect of high altitude hypoxia on kidney.
