摘    要:目的:对不同海拔高度不同进驻高原时间战士尿10项进行检测,探讨高原低氧居住时间对肾功能的损害关系及适应性;方法:采用尿液分析仪对1038名不同入伍年限健康男性开警战士进行尿液检测,以平原地区健康战士为对照组;结果:不同高海拔区同年限阳性率均较对照组高,差异均有显著意义(P〈0.05),初入高海拔区阳性率 显著高于对照组各年度兵(P〈0.01);结论:高原低氧等环境因素对肾脏有较轻微的损害,随着居住

DYNEMIC STUDY OF BIOCHEMICAL INDEX OF URINE IN HEALTHY MALE SOLDIERS AT VARIOUS ALTITUDE AND EXPOSED TIMES
Abstract:To study the changes on biochemical index of urine in healthy men at different altitude and exposed times to understand the effects of hypoxia on kidney.Methods:1 038 subjects were included this study.The 10 aspect of urine were examined in both high altitude group and sea level control group.Results:Abnormal biochemical values of urine were found in high altitude group and there was a largger positive reaction with higher altitude in same altitude exposed times (P<0.05) compared these with control. Conclusions:There is a moderate effect of high altitude hypoxia on kidney.
