| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨高原地区胃癌患者红细胞免疫功能情况；方法：分别测定胃癌病人在手术前后红细胞Ｃ３ｂ花环形成试验受体（Ｃ３ｂ ＲＲＴ）以及红细胞免疫复合物花环试验（ＩＣＲＴ），其结果与正常人做对比；结果：胃癌病人红细胞Ｃ３ｂ花环促进率术前下降，明显低于正常对照组（Ｐ〈０．０１），术后回升。红细胞免疫复合物花环率在手术前高于正常对照组，术后明显下降，与术前相比有明显差异（Ｐ〈０．０１）；结论：高原地区居民患胃

| Abstract: | Objetive:To observe the changes of immune function of RBC in pat ients with gastric carcinoma at high altitude.Methods:The C 3b ,C 3b RRT and ICRT were measured before and after neoplasma resection by Guo Feng test.Results:Level of C 3b RRT-RBC was lower significantly compared with normal control group(P<0.01)before resection but increased after operation oppositely ICRT(P<0.01),Conclusion:RBC immune function is lowed when the patients have a gastric carcinoma,but the function can has a recovery afetr the neoplasma is resected at plateau condition. |
