摘    要:目的:探讨治疗鼻唇沟区皱褶的有效手术方法。方法:对8例成人尸体进行鼻唇沟局部解剖学研究,了解鼻唇沟形成机理。对21例患者鼻唇沟区进行脂肪抽吸,并离断鼻唇沟区皮肤至SMAS筋膜的联系即颊上颌韧带,从而行鼻唇沟平整术。结果:术后鼻唇沟变浅,鼻唇沟外侧变平坦,随访6~24个月,疗效满意。结论:抽吸离断法可安全、有效地平复鼻唇沟。

Abstract:Objective To explore an effective method of correcting the nasolabial Fold.Methods Regional anatomy was studied on 10 adult cadavers to investigate the formation mechanism of nabolabial fold.21 patients underwent the procedure of liposuction and cutting down the buccal and maxillary ligament that was related with nasolabial fold skin and SMAS.Results After 6 to 24 months follow-up,a satisfactory outcome was obtained.Conclusion Liposuction and cutting down the buccal and maxillary ligament can correct the nasolabial fold effectively and safely.
