| 摘 要： | 目的了解青海省农村地区结核病防治知识知晓率,以便为重点人群进一步开展多种形式的结核病知识健康宣传工作。方法根据全国第五次结核病流行病学调查要求对受检人口进行知晓率调查,对结果进行分析。结果 1 510名(15岁被调查人员中,男性知晓率为58.4%,女性为45.2%,各知晓率男性均(女性,15~30岁知晓率为88.2%,31~45岁知晓率为68.6%,46~60岁知晓率29.2%,(60岁知晓率27.3%,随年龄增大知晓率下降,低年龄组与高年龄组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论我省农村地区结核病防治知识知晓率在不同年龄、性别、民族之间存在差异,这为今后针对不同人群制订有效的宣传措施提供了依据,为结核病防治工作的发展提供了保证。
