| 摘 要： | 目的对痰标本抗酸杆菌涂片检查染色方法进行研究,获得最佳染色方法并推广应用。方法对不同浓度孔雀绿复染液在不同时间内对痰涂片抗酸染色效果进行实验观察,并对冷染法和热染法的染色效果进行对比。结果热染法的检出率高于冷染法;孔雀绿复染法痰涂片背景对比明显,易于抗酸杆菌的识别,痰涂片易于保存。结论痰标本抗酸杆菌涂片检查染色采用加热的初染色、0.4%孔雀绿复染30 s是最佳方法。
