| 摘 要： | 目的了解HIV阳性母亲所娩儿童国家免疫规划(National Immunization Program,NIP)5种疫苗卡介苗(Bacillus Calmette Guerin,BCG)、口服脊髓灰质炎减毒活疫苗(Oral Poliomyelitis Attenuated Live Vaccine,OPV)、百日咳-白喉-破伤风联合疫苗(Diphtheria-Pertussis-Tetanus Combined Vaccine,DPT)、麻疹减毒活疫苗(Measles Attenuated Live Vaccine,MV)、乙型肝炎疫苗(Hepatitis B Vaccine,HepB)]的接种现状,探讨提高预防接种率的方法。方法随机抽查鹿寨县2005-2008年HIV阳性的部分产妇,对这些产妇所娩的48名儿童的预防接种资料进行分析。结果 HIV阳性母亲所娩儿童的OPV、DPT、MV、HepB接种情况较好,BCG接种率和HepB及时率相对较低;OPV、DPT、MV、HepB的单苗合格接种率95%以上,BCG单苗合格接种率和5苗全程合格率分别为85.42%、83.33%。结论儿童"五苗"接种较好,接种人员严格掌握接种禁忌及提高受种者监护人的预防接种意识,有利于提高NIP疫苗接种率。
