| 摘 要： | 目的了解传统督导化疗管理对肺结核防治效果的现状,展开家庭干预模式对肺结核防治效果的研究,并予与推广。方法通过对唐山市XX区2008年302名肺结核患者督导化疗规范管理和治疗效果情况进行调查。结果 2008年唐山市XX区肺结核传统督导化疗规范管理率为45.03%;32.12%的患者接受了家庭干预模式的督导化疗管理,余22.85%的患者为自行服药。结论传统的肺结核短程督导化疗管理质量低,不能达到肺结核防治的高治愈率、高知晓率的要求[1];以患者家属为重点的家庭干预模式对提高督导化疗管理质量和肺结核防治效果有显著作用,应加以规范并给予推广。
