12例犬咬伤后发生狂犬病的原因分析

目的探讨"健康"带毒犬咬伤人后发生狂犬病的原因。方法用描述性流行病学方法对发生狂犬病的病例进行调查和分析。结果 3例未全程注射狂犬疫苗的患者于被咬伤后40～82d死亡;2例患者注射狂犬疫苗的时间太迟,于被咬伤后的33～55d死亡;余7例未注射狂犬疫苗或注射了狂犬疫苗但又未注射被动免疫制剂,均于被咬伤后的17～67d后全部死亡。结论联合运用被动免疫制剂、及时处置伤口、注射狂犬疫苗对预防狂犬病的发生非常关键。

Analysis on the reasons of 12 rabies cases bitted by dogs
