1例剖腹产手术切口脂肪液化并感染的护理体会

剖腹产手术是解决难产及产科合并症的常用手术,是挽救母儿生命的常用方法,有效降低了产妇及围产儿的死亡率。但剖腹产手术存在切口感染及愈合问题,轻者皮下脂肪液化及伤口浅层感染化脓,重者深部肌层感染或腔隙感染,造成住院时间延长,加重患者经济负担,因此对高危病人(糖尿病、肥胖、免疫力低下、贫血等)加强病情观察,规范护理。
