| 摘 要： | 目的对佛山市男男性接触人群艾滋病流行情况进行分析,并探讨预防控制的策略。方法 2008-2010年通过哨点监测,对佛山市男男性接触人群进行艾滋病相关危险因素、相关知晓率及血清学调查,并对结果进行分析。结论 2008、2009及2010年佛山市男男性接触人群艾滋病病毒感染率分别为3.37%、5.88%、9.13%;最近6个月肛交每次使用安全套的比例仅为33.71%、42.88%及49.55%;艾滋病知晓率逐年有所上升,2010年较2008年上升了14.92%,达85.71%。结论佛山市男男性接触人群的艾滋病感染正处于快速增长期,已成为当前与今后艾滋病预防控制的重点。下一步将通过扩大男男性接触人群自愿咨询检测规模、加强高危行为干预、安全套推广、同伴教育、感染者关怀等综合措施遏制艾滋病在该人群的流行。
