| 摘 要： | 目的分析2005-2009年陕西省渭南市法定传染病发病特征。方法对疾病监测信息报告管理系统的数据进行统计分析。结果 2005-2009年全市共报告法定传染病(甲、乙、丙类)27种68 366例,年均发病率为243.74/10万。累计报告死亡63例,年均死亡率为0.22/10万。传染病构成以呼吸道传染病和血源及性传播传染病为主,发病前5位的传染病为:肝炎、肺结核、手足口病、痢疾、其他感染性腹泻病。结论呼吸道传染病和血源及性传播传染病是今后一个时期防治的重点和难点,需要加强防控力度。
