| 摘 要： | 目的观察右旋柠烯(D-Limonene)对大鼠大肠癌淋巴结转移及淋巴管生成的影响,为临床大肠癌术后治疗提供理论支持。方法二甲基肼诱发大鼠大肠癌模型40例。14周将大鼠分为治疗组和对照组,前者给予5%D-limonene(色拉油稀释)灌胃,后者给予等量色拉油做阴性对照。28周取材,免疫组化染色LYVE-1标记淋巴管,观察其分布。结果 LYVE-1标记的淋巴管多分布在癌周组织,中心区域未见淋巴管的阳性表达,D-limonene治疗组淋巴结转移率为5%,淋巴管数密度为2.4±0.83,与对照组(40%,6.1±1.35)比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 D-limonene减少肿瘤组织淋巴管的生成,降低淋巴道的转移。
