| 摘 要： | 目的采用Levey-Jennings(L-J)法用于HIV抗体筛查的室内质控时,探讨一种更简便、快速、准确且直观的评价方法。方法应用Excel软件的图表和函数功能,对L-J质控法进行客观、科学、准确的评价。结果 L-J法得出的质控数据与Excel软件相衔接,能够自动、快速地完成质控评价系统操作,更准确的反映出质控系统的运行情况。结论应用Excel改良的L-J法质控,克服了手工制图繁杂、准确性差等缺点,效果明显优于传统手工法,适合基层艾滋病筛查实验室应用。
