浙江省某农村地区伤害监测结果分析

目的 了解浙江某农村地区伤害流行特征,探索农村伤害哨点医院测模式.方法 选择某典型农村的1家县级医院、1家中心乡卫生院和1家普通乡卫生院建立医院急诊伤害监测系统,对2004年1月1日至2005年12月31日到上述3家医院所有科室就诊的首诊伤害患者进行例查.结果 2年有效伤害监测病例15 033例,其中男性占69.09%,女性占30.91%;前3位伤害原因是跌伤(31.44%)、交通伤(20.32%)和钝器伤(17.43%).结论 需根据不同的人群性别、年龄、职业制定不同的干预措施.

Analysis of the surveillance data on injuries in a certain rural village in western Zhejiang

Objectives The present analysis was made to understand the epidemic characteristics of injuries in rural areas in western Zhejiang.Methods One hospital at the county level in a typical rural area,one central township hospital and one peripheral township hospital were selected to establish an emergency injury surveillance system.Investigation on the injured victims who visited one of the 3 hospitals the first time after injury was made from January 1,2004 to Dec.31,2005.Results A total of 15 033 cases(males 69.09%,females 30.91%) under surveillance with valid data were included in the analysis.The top 3 causes of injury were falls(31.44%) traffic accidents(20.32%)and blunt trauma(17.43%).Conclusion Interventions should be taken based on different sexes,ages and occupations.
