经桡动脉微导管联合对侧造影技术在冠状动脉慢性闭塞病变介入治疗中的应用

目的：评价冠状动脉慢性闭塞病变（CTO）介入术中微导管联合双侧造影技术的有效性。方法：选择2009-06～2010-06对28例CTO病变患者,应用微导管联合双侧造影技术使侧支循环及闭塞远端显影,增加导丝支撑力,行球囊扩张及支架置入术。结果：28例患者,成功介入治疗20例,手术成功率为71.4%。结论：微导管联合双侧冠脉造影技术提高CTO病变介入成功率。

Interventional Therapy on Using Micro-catheter Jointwith Bilateral Radial Artery Angiography for Occlusion in Coronary Artery Chronic Total Occlusion

Objective：To evaluate the effectiveness of percutaneous coronary intervention（PCI） for chronic total occlusion（CTO） disease via micro-catheter jointwith bilateral radial artery angiography. Methods：Analyzed the data of 28 patients from June 2009 toJune 2010,micro-catheter jointwith coronary angiograms showed good contrast dye filling of the artery distal to the occlusion branches through the collateral vessels.Increased holding power of guiding wire. Results：20 cases were successful to do percutaneous transluminal coronary angioplasty（PTCA） and stenting,Results The success rate of operation was 71.4%. Conclusions：Micro-catheter jointwith bilateral radial artery angiography might increase success rate of operation in coronary interventionsfor CTO.
